DECLARATION OF FRIENDSHIP

The Declaration of Friendship in the form of the Memorandum of Understanding is a non binding written contract that sets out the values and mutual cooperation and friendship that is at the heart of the the Memphis - Afghan Friendship Summit.

Feel free to read over a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding in either English or Dari.  

Please also feel free to read the Letter of Gratitude written by the Representatives of the Nation of Afghanistan and Delegates of the Memphis Afghan Friendship Summit, which was held in October of 2002.
